Bharathanatyam

A timeless South Indian classical dance form rooted in devotion and storytelling. Our classes guide students from foundational posture and rhythm work to expressive choreography and stage performance. Open to all levels: from curious beginners to dancers preparing for arangetram and advanced practitioners post arangetram.

Yoga

Blending breath, movement, and mindfulness, our yoga classes support physical well-being and inner balance. With a strong emphasis on alignment, body awareness, and injury prevention, we welcome students of all ages and experience levels from gentle introduction to deepened personal practice.

Indian Percussion

Explore the dynamic world of Indian rhythm through instruments such as the mridangam. Students begin with tala structure and hand coordination, progressing to complex patterns, improvisation, and accompaniment skills. Open to all ages and designed to support both dancers and musicians.
